Forms of Payment

  • Pay Pal is accepted from verified buyers and orders will only be shipped to confirmed United States addresses. We are currently using Pay Pal to accept credit card payments as well. If a buyer is not verified, will require them to do so before the transaction will occur. When you add to your cart and check out you will be routed to Pay Pal via secure connection.

Postage and Handling

  • Orders under $300 require a $3.00 or more shipping charge. Orders over $300 include free registered mail shipping.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS.
  • International orders shipping begins at $15.
  • All shipments require a signature when delivered.
  • We will provide insurance and carry all liability during shipment to the buyer and will provide tracking numbers to ensure confidence of the items purchased have been shipped via email.
  • We, the seller, carry no liability on coins being returned. Orders returned must be insured by the customer.
  • We ship all orders out discretely, with a return address stating it’s from CCS.
  • All items will ship within three business days upon receipt of payment. The only exception will be the items from the “Featured Rare Type Coins” category will ship between five to seven business days. Email confirmation and tracking numbers will be provided when the package is shipped.

Returns and/or Canceled Orders

  • Orders canceled the same business day will receive a full refund less any fees associated with payment methods. Cancellations must be within normal business hours and require an email request to sales@coincollectorsstore.com.
  • Orders canceled after it has been shipped when canceled are subject to refund less shipping charges once the insured (by the returnee) unopened package has been returned to us at: CCS, PO Box 23333, Louisville, KY 40223-0333.
  • PCGS/NGC/NCS/IGC/SEGS and Raw coins only can be returned within 7 calendar days in the original holder for a full refund or exchange, less shipping charges. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your coin(s) to let us know of your plan of returning the coin(s).
  • Raw and Certified Coins removed from original holders we, the seller, place them in when shipped from us are considered SOLD and non-returnable. We photograph each coin prior to shipping for verification..
  • All refunds Pay Pal are processed within 72 hours of receipt of returned merchandise.
  • We reserve the right to assess a 3% bank charge on all returned orders paid by credit card/Pay Pal.
  • Because of the volatility of the precious metals market, we cannot accept any returns, nor give any refunds on silver, gold, platinum or palladium bullion.
  • Raw 2009 Lincoln cents/pennies are not returnable due to speculation and are sold as is and are as they came unaltered from the US Mint.

We therefore reserve the right to refuse to sell an item that is priced incorrectly or whose price is the result of a web page or programming error. If any portion of these Terms and Conditions of Sale are found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions of the agreement shall remain in force and effect.
