This coin is from a 500 year type set. One coin from each year since 1500 was obtained by a coin collector and this coin is from that set!  Appears to be in XF condition but judge for yourself. Coins like these do not come around every day, get them while you can! This is a 1828 Great Britain 1/4 pence and identified as KM 697.
