This first year Buffalo Nickel is a Type 1. This is referring to land observed under the Buffalo’s feet on the reverse. This was changed later on in the year. The toning is incredible, the greens, yellows, and blues add a lot of character to this Buffalo Nickel. It’s truly a collector’s Type coin!
